Weight Loss Hypnosis & Coaching in Las Vegas — or Online
Change Your Relationship With Food From the Inside Out
If you already know what you should be doing to lose weight, but find yourself struggling to consistently do it, the problem probably isn’t a lack of information.
Most people already know that eating healthier foods, eating reasonable portions, and moving their body more can help with weight management.
Knowing what to do and actually doing it consistently, well, those are two entirely different things.
That’s where Hypnotherapy, NLP, and Weight Loss Coaching can help.
At Las Vegas Hypnosis Center, I help you change unwanted habits, learn how to neutralize cravings, address emotional eating and automatic responses, improve motivation, and much more, so that you can finally let go of the weight for good.
Because lasting change often requires a whole lot more than simply being told what to eat.
Why Is Losing Weight So Difficult When You Already Know What To Do?
Food isn’t always just about hunger.
It can also become a quick and convenient way of changing how you feel.
People eat because they’re hungry.
People overeat because they’re craving more than food.
They’re craving:
- Calm
- Comfort
- Control
- Connection
- Pleasure
- Fun
- Relief from boredom or stress
Sometimes they may even be craving excitement, freedom, or a little rebellion.
And sometimes overeating simply becomes automatic.
You walk into the kitchen and grab something without really thinking about it.
You sit down in front of the television and suddenly want a snack.
You keep eating even though you’re not really hungry anymore, simply because there’s still food sitting on your plate.
You experience stress or boredom and find yourself reaching for the same junk foods you’ve reached for hundreds of times before.
Or you do great for several days, have one difficult moment, and then think:
“Well, I already blew it…”
So you might as well start again Monday, right?
And then Monday becomes next Monday.
Those are exactly the kinds of patterns that Hypnosis, NLP, and Weight Loss Coaching can help you change.
Here’s the Compassionate Truth
If simply knowing what to eat was enough, you probably wouldn’t still be struggling with this.
And if beating yourself up worked, it would have worked by now.
For a lot of people, the problem isn’t that they don’t understand calories, nutrition, or exercise.
The problem is that food has become connected to feelings, habits, situations, triggers, routines, cravings, and automatic responses that don’t simply disappear because someone hands you another meal plan.
That’s why I focus on helping you change more than what you eat.
I want to help you change the patterns behind the eating.
Weight Loss Takes More Than a Diet — or a “Hypnotic Miracle”
There are far too many exaggerated promises made in the weight-loss industry.
And hypnosis isn’t immune to them.
Far too many people claim they can hypnotize you to lose weight in a single session.
Far too many claim you don’t have to consciously do anything because they’ll somehow “install all of the unconscious changes for you.”
I don’t believe in telling people that I’m going to hypnotize them, give them a few magical suggestions, and suddenly they’ll never want another unhealthy food again.
That’s not how I approach this.
And that’s just not how sustainable change works long term.
Hypnosis and Weight Loss Coaching can be extremely effective for helping you change automatic responses, cravings, habits, motivation, and the way you think and feel around food.
But here’s the part some hypnotists don’t tell you:
You still have to participate.
I’m going to teach you hypnotic techniques and other tools that you can use outside of our work together.
And then you actually have to use them.
Because I’m interested in helping you create lasting change, not convincing you that I’m some kind of magician who can wave a hypnotic wand and make all of your choices for you.
Will Power Is A Dirty Word
Okay, that’s actually two words.
And neither one sounds particularly dirty.
But when it comes to sustainable weight management, I think it’s an awful phrase.
Because willpower alone is not even close to enough.
You’ve probably already experienced that.
You decide you’re going to be “good.”
You try really hard.
You resist.
You deprive yourself.
You fight with yourself.
And eventually something happens.
You get stressed.
You’re tired.
You’re bored.
You’re upset.
You have a bad day.
And suddenly your willpower isn’t quite as powerful as it was earlier.
Then what happens?
For far too many people, they don’t just eat something they hadn’t planned to eat.
They beat themselves up for eating it.
And what happens when you beat yourself up emotionally?
You feel worse.
And when you’ve already conditioned yourself to use food to feel better…
You overeat.
Now you’re upset because you overate.
So you beat yourself up some more.
And around and around it goes.
It’s a painful cycle.
And it has to end.
The goal isn’t to spend the rest of your life becoming better at fighting yourself.
It’s to change the patterns so there isn’t as much of a fight in the first place.
How My Weight Loss Hypnosis & Coaching Programs Work
Every client is unique, so your program is individualized around your particular goals, habits, triggers, challenges, and what has been getting in your way.
Depending on what you need, we may work on things such as:
Cravings and Automatic Eating
Helping you change the automatic urge to reach for certain foods simply because they’re there, because you’re stressed or bored, or because you’ve conditioned yourself to expect them at certain times or in certain situations.
Emotional Eating
Helping you identify what you’re really craving when you’re not physically hungry — whether it’s Calm, Comfort, Control, Connection, Pleasure, Fun, or Relief — and helping you learn better ways to create those feelings without automatically reaching for food.
Neutralizing Unwanted Cravings
I teach what I call Craving Buster techniques that you can use to help change, reduce, and often neutralize unwanted cravings when they show up.
And yes, I’ll say it again:
The key is actually using them.
Portion Awareness and Feeling Full Faster
Learning to pay more attention to what your body is actually telling you so that you can recognize when you’ve had enough, instead of automatically continuing to eat simply because there’s food left.
Motivation and Consistency
Helping healthier choices become easier and more automatic instead of constantly feeling as though you have to force yourself to make them.
All-Or-Nothing Thinking
One imperfect meal doesn’t mean you’ve ruined the entire day.
One imperfect day doesn’t mean you’ve ruined the entire week.
And one mistake certainly doesn’t mean you need to throw everything away and “start again Monday.”
Movement and Activity
Helping you feel more motivated to move your body in ways that are realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable for you.
Because if your entire exercise plan depends on forcing yourself to do something you absolutely hate for the rest of your life…
That’s probably not much of a long-term plan.
You Don’t Have to Give Up Every Food You Enjoy
I don’t believe sustainable weight management requires spending the rest of your life feeling deprived.
You still get to decide what you want to eat.
You don’t have to swear off every favorite food forever.
And you certainly don’t need someone acting like a drill sergeant every time you make an imperfect choice.
Does that mean you can eat unlimited amounts of junk food every day and expect hypnosis to somehow make the calories disappear?
Of course not.
Moderation matters.
Healthy choices matter.
Movement matters.
But so does learning how to enjoy your life without constantly feeling as though you’re either “on a diet” or “off a diet.”
Because that’s another cycle that keeps far too many people stuck.
You’re either being “good”…
Or you’re being “bad.”
You’re either following the diet perfectly…
Or you’ve blown it.
I want to help you get away from that kind of thinking.
The goal is to develop a healthier relationship with food, healthier habits, and ultimately a healthier relationship with yourself.
What You Won’t Find Here
This isn’t a packaged-meal program.
I’m not going to sell you frozen meals, dehydrated food, shakes, bars, or a cabinet full of products you suddenly “need” in order to lose weight.
There are no humiliating weigh-ins in front of a group.
There are no embarrassing group meetings.
There are no drill-sergeant workouts.
I don’t prescribe diets, medications, supplements, or medical treatment.
And there’s no “hypnotic miracle” where I do absolutely everything and you do absolutely nothing.
What I provide is Hypnotherapy, NLP, Weight Loss Coaching, practical tools, strategies, support, and a highly individualized approach designed to help you make changes from the inside out.
What Do You Need to Bring?
A willingness to participate.
That’s a pretty good place to start.
You don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t need endless willpower.
You don’t need to suddenly love vegetables you’ve hated your entire life.
And you certainly don’t need to beat yourself up every time you make an imperfect choice.
But you do need to be willing to learn.
You need to be willing to practice.
And you need to be willing to actually use the tools and techniques I teach you.
Because my goal isn’t to make you dependent on me.
It’s to help you learn how to create more control over your own habits, feelings, choices, and responses.
So that eventually…
You don’t need me.
Real Weight Loss Client Experiences
Don’t just take my word for it.
You can hear directly from several Las Vegas Hypnosis Center clients on this page about their own experiences using Hypnosis and Weight Loss Coaching.
You’ll hear from:
- A client who talks about letting go of a long-standing soda habit in one session
- A Weight Loss client who reported letting go of 29 pounds and continuing to make progress
- A client who reported losing 21 pounds during his first month of Weight Loss Hypnotherapy
Of course, they’re sharing their experiences.
They’re not promises or guarantees that somebody else will lose the same amount of weight in the same amount of time.
Your goals are different.
Your habits are different.
Your body is different.
And your results will be your own.
But their stories can give you a much better idea of what working with me can actually look like than another page full of marketing promises ever could.
